Kacey Musgraves Rocks A Feather Headdress For 2021 VMAs

Well, that's a fashion statement to say the least! Kacey Musgraves showed up to the VMA's red carpet in a very bright outfit. A purple dress with a purple feathered headdress with long red gloves. She looks amazing but at first glance, it reminds me of a cross between fraggle rock and a purple big bird.
