It's been a while since SZA released a video, and fans have been craving for it.

On Thursday, the songstress gave her devoted followers exactly what they've been wanting by dropping the visuals for single entitled "The Anonymous Ones". The Colin Tiley directed video gives a glimpse into another side of SZA -- a more unfiltered, stripped down side of the star. SZA's version of the record, written by Benj Pasek, Justin Paul, and Amandla Stenberg, is slated to appear on the soundtrack to the film adaptation Dear Evan Hansen.

Dear Evan Hansen originally opened on Broadway back in December 2016, and took the culture by storm, winning six Tony Awards, including for Best Musical and Best Actor in a Lead Role, awarded to Ben Platt. The cast also went on to snag a Grammy Award for Best Musical Album in 2018. The 16 track album also features Sam Smith, Summer Walker, Carrie Underwood, Tori Kelly and more. In "Anonymous Ones," SZA reminds that everyone struggles with insecurities at some in life, singing:

"Ever look at all the people. Who seem to know exactly how to be? How to be, how to be, no. How to be. You think they don't need piles. Of prescriptions to function naturally? Functioning naturalKeep on keeping secrets that they think they have to hide / What if everybody’s secret is they have that secret side? I don’t wanna be anonymous anymore.”

No word on when SZA is slated to drop her highly anticipated sophomore album. But until then, check out the casual cool visuals for "The Anonymous Ones" below.
