The Real-Life 'Conjuring' House Is For Sale
September 24, 2021
The real-life haunted house featured in the 2013 movie "The Conjuring" is up for sale. Although the modest home touts just three bedrooms and only one-and-a-half bathrooms, apparently the current owners think the creepy residence's dark past has increased its value. They've listed the property for $1.2 million. The house -- built in Burrillville, Rhode Island back in 1836 -- didn't appear in the film; but it is the actual home in which the Perron family suffered from a decade of paranormal activity in the 1970s, according to the current owners. The owners say "unusual" events continue to occur in the house to this day.
Would you pay that kind of money to be haunted?
