Mom Asks Son Not To Take Off Mask In School So He Wore It In School Photo

A 6-year-old boy's school photo went viral after his mom told him to keep his face mask on at school, and he followed those instructions exactly.

Mason Peoples, a first-grade student in Las Vegas, Nevada, refused to remove his face mask during his school photoshoot. The photographer attempted to ease the young boy's concerns to no avail.

"I'm sure it's ok to take it off for your pictures," said the photographer.

Mason politely responded, "No Thank you, I always listen to my mom!"

Mason's mother was very proud of him but believes she could have been more clear.

"I'm so proud of him for sticking to his word, but I should have been more clear about my rules on this day," Peoples wrote on Facebook.
