This Pennsylvania Shop Has The Best Coffee In The State

Wednesday (September 29) is National Coffee Day and Chester County residents won't have to travel far to find the best caffeine fix possible.

EatThis.com included Philter in Kennett Square on its list of the best coffee shops in every state -- which was published earlier this year -- as the top option for Pennsylvania.
