This Statue Of A Drowning Girl Is Freaking People Out

This statue randomly appeared in Spain last week, in Bilbao’s River Nervion, and it is seriously freaking out the locals! The artist told a news site that the goal of this project was to make people realize that “their actions can sink us or keep us afloat", such as decions we make that impact climate change.
