The Queen of karaoke (or Kellyoke) Kelly Clarkson is back with another epic cover that fans can't get enough of.
On Thursday's episode of the Kelly Clarkson Show, the Emmy Award winning singer and host performed her very own rendition of Billie Eilish's chart topping record, "Happier Than Ever". After spending most of the pandemic performing with her band to a virtual audience, Kelly is officially back to business, performing popular records during her Kellyoke segment of the show for a live studio audience.
Fans flooded the comments to praise the Grammy Award winning singer's performance. One wrote:
"KELLY IS INSANELY MULTI- TALENTED HUMAN EVER. SHE BASICALLY NAILS EVERYTHING SHE DOES. Greatest vocalist of all time (she can sing anything, any genre any day) greatest host, coach & mom. Seriously so much talents in one humble & kind human. She got it all. "
Another fan of the show added:
"Seriously is there a song Kelly can’t sing?? She makes everything sound amazing, so much talent it’s hard to describe the chills I get when she sings."
The powerful performance comes just days after a judge signed off on The Voice coach's single status following her split from estranged husband Brandon Blackston. Kelly, who initially filed for divorce from Blackston in June 2020, filed a motion to be declared legally single in July, and was granted official single status earlier this month.
Kelly still maintains custody of the former couple's two children -- River Rose, 7, and Remington Alexander, 5, -- whom she brought on her show last week to perform their favorite song "Yellow" with Coldplay front man Chris Martin.
