A Marathon Runner Announces He's Bleeding from His Nipples

A half-marathon in Northern Ireland back in August took a bloody a guy working as a pacer kept shouting that his nipples were bleeding. (As a pacer, he was facing the other runners and encouraging them to do well. He obviously wanted them to know WHY he was bleeding.)
