Brothers Osborne Give Travis Denning Marriage Advice

Want a happy marriage? Take this advice.

Ahead of the CMA Awards, Brothers Osborne sat down with Cody Alan to reveal the expert relationship tips they have for their newly engaged tourmate, Travis Denning.

It's advice we can really take to heart.

"I think that, well okay, there's two things," says John Osborne of the duo. "One is kind of funny, and it's, "Do you want to be right or do you want to be married?" That's a big one!"

"The other one is, literally, Travis and everyone out there, "Just kind of roll with it," says John.

John married singer-songwriter Lucie Silvas, in 2015, which gives him a tenured marital track record to back up his advice.

"Sometimes marriage is going to suck, and then it's going to be awesome, and then it's going to suck again, and then it's going to be awesome again," laughs John. "The awesome always outweighs the suck, no matter what. So just hang in there!"

"But, let me repeat number one," says John. "Do you want to be right, or do you want to be married?"
