Rotterdam Moving Town Offices to Old K Mart Building

The town of Rotterdam will be moving its offices to the vacant K Mart store at ViaPort Rotterdam. The town signed a ten year lease with an option to buy. They are expected to move from their current offices on Sunrise Boulevard to the mall in April. A one million dollar deposit is being made by the town, which will go toward renovating the building. The town offices, police and court will all be at the new location.
