First Aloft Hotel in Iowa to be Built in Waukee

(Waukee, IA) -- A new Marriott branded hotel will be built in Waukee. A 125 room Aloft Hotel will be located in the KeeTown Loop development at Grand Prairie Parkway and Ashworth Road. The hotel will also have a W XYZ Bar and Music, and grab-and-go foods. Construction of the hotel is expected to begin next summer and completed by 2023. This will be the first Aloft Hotel in Iowa.
