Thieves Steal Catalytic Converters From EBR School Buses

Thieves are busy stealing catalytic converters from East Baton Rouge school buses.

The thefts have cost the school system about $45,000 over the past few weeks.

Baton Rouge police say they're working to catch the culprits.

Officials with the East Baton Rouge school system say they're also taking steps to keep further thefts from happening.
