Deal done by @ClintDowdle
and Michael Klein with CAA Sports. Vikings have a new GM.
It's unknown how this stacks up against the contract that Ryan Poles just got in Chicago or the contract that Spielman previously had here in Minnesota, though leverage is a heck of a thing. I'd imagine it's more than competitive compared to Poles' new deal.
The numbers don't really matter all that much for competitive advantage as front office contracts do not count against the salary cap, but it's interesting to see how it stacks up throughout the league. It's thought to be an average deal for GMs throughout the leauge.
