The housing market throughout the nation has been rough since the pandemic started in early 2020. Especially in California, and even more so in Southern California. While Redfin estimates that the median home sale price for the area was $915,000 in January 2022, there are still some more affordable options out there.
We took a look at homes listed on Redfin for $700,000 and under. Since the site only allows you to search up to 5 regions, we put in some of the area's largest cities to get as many results as possible.
