Was a New Kendrick Lamar Album Just Confirmed?

The other day Rolling Loud Miami released their festival line up and it's AMAZING!!!
The three big headliners are Ye, Future and ....KENDRICK LAMAR!!!
Now obviously Kendrick at a festival without an album is still amazing but then the Rolling Loud Twitter sent out this message!
It’s been 5 long years since Kendrick headlined Rolling Loud Miami 🙌

Now this can actually mean two things - that a NEW ALBUM for sure is coming because it's been five years since Kendrick released DAMN OR it could just be the return of Kendrick to Rolling Loud Miami. The last time he was there was in 2017!
