According to their ratings and reviews, you can find the best burritos SoCal has to offer at La Azteca Tortilleria in Los Angeles! They're known for their La Azteca (Chile Relleno) Burrito. Here's what one reviewer, Joshua L., had to say about it:

"Man, this was the best burrito that I've ever had. I ordered the famous La Azteca (Chile Relleno) Burrito with asada and it was absolutely out of this world. It was so flavorful. The flour tortilla was fresh, hot, flavorful, flaky, and crispy. It added a lot to the overall taste and quality of the burrito. I would say that was the main highlight for me, as it served to really complements all the other ingredients inside, which are all high quality, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The asada was tender and flavorful, and the Chile Relleno was cheesy and scrumptious."
