Keep in mind that introversion and extroversion exist on a spectrum, meaning that a lot of people aren't 100% introverted or extroverted. You could land somewhere in between. Introverts aren’t as shy and quiet as you might expect and extroverts aren’t always loud or the life of the party.

Here’s the difference between extroverts and introverts in terms of what energizes them.
