WATCH: Dave Chappelle On Will Smith Slapping Chris Rock

When "The Slap" happened, of course everyone had something to say...then fast forward to the Netflix "Is A Joke" comedy event and Dave Chappelle almost got tackled! We all know what happened...but I just saw a video today where Dave mentions the slap with Chris Rock in attendance! Don't know if it was before or after the incident but here's what Dave had to say:
