A Utah woman faces several charges related to the abuse of her three stepchildren. Investigators say 37-year-old Lori Carling would place the victims' heads in boxes and then tie their hands up behind their backs. They say Carling would even tie one leg to their hand, and then force the kids to stand one leg for a long period of time. Officers learned about the abuse through teachers who noticed their injuries, and then watched a video on one child's phone showing the events.
ARRESTED: A Tooele County mother has been arrested for allegedly disciplining her children by placing their heads in boxes and tying them up.
