Sarah Drew & Jesse Williams Want A 'Japril' Spin-Off

Grey's Anatomy has just reached a huge milestone this past week: FOUR. HUNDRED. EPISODES.

In their season 18 finale, actors Sarah Drew and Jesse Williams (who play Dr. April Kepner and Dr. Jackson Avery in the show) returned.

Sarah recently told PEOPLE that her and Jesse have talked "at length" about a potential spin-off following their character's rekindled romance. 

"I think it would be a really interesting and fun story to tell," she says. "Jesse and I obviously love working together, and we have a really tremendous partnership, so I wouldn't discount that as a possibility."

"As of yet, it's only living in the fandom right now," she says.
