The National Suicide Prevention Hotline Number Is Changing

On July 16th, the National Suicide Prevention Line will be changing their number. The original 11-digit line will be shortened to three digits, which are 9-8-8.
If someone calls or texts 9-8-8, "they will be connected to trained counselors with the existing lifeline network." The original 11-digit number will still remain in service. Visit 988lifeline.org for more.
