Second Teenager Sentenced in Carjacking That Killed An Irondequoit Man

A second teenager has been sentenced in a carjacking that killed an Irondequoit man.

17-year-old Anthony Jacobs was sentenced to 15 years in prison for attempted murder and attempted robbery.

Seventy-one-year-old Richard Sciascia died in the carjacking on Buell Road in Gates in April 2021.

17-year-old Edgar Tolentino was sentenced Monday to 20 years to life for second-degree murder.
