More Investors Sue Elon Musk, Alleging $258B Dogecoin Pyramid Scheme

According to an amended class lawsuit complaint submitted on September 6 in a New York federal court, the $258 billion class action lawsuit accusing Elon Musk of operating a pyramid scheme to artificially inflate the price of dogecoin, a cryptocurrency based on memes, has added seven new investor plaintiffs and six new defendants, including The Boring Company, a tunneling startup owned by Musk.
