Living in NYC is really tough because you can always count on greedy landlords raising your rent when it's time to renew your lease. This young woman put her landlord on blast claiming she already pays almost $3,000 for her apartment, and the $800 increase is making no sense to her, especially since her apartment is infested by rats!
