75% of Pet Owners Plan to Dress Up Their Pets for Halloween

According to a new survey, 76% of pet owners say they will put their pets in costumes for Halloween. Another 30% of people are planning to dress them up more than once this fall season. Some people say they even take their pets Trick-or-Treating.
