Alex Jones was ordered to pay an additional $473 million in punitive damages to the families of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
He was previously ordered to pay $965 million in compensatory damages to the 15 families who sued him for lying about the massacre that left 20 children and six adults dead.
Jones also lost a separate lawsuit and was ordered to pay nearly $50 million in compensatory and punitive damages to Scarlett Lewis and Neil Heslin.
