- A new report from New York Magazine suggests that Britney Spears grandfather, June Spears, may have murdered her grandmother, Emma Jean Spears.
- Emma Jean allegedly killed herself while mourning her three-day-year-old son at his gravesite.
- Her husband, June Austin, told coroners she tried suicide three times. The court declared this the last successful effort.
