Brian Kelley released the ultimate anthem of strength and resilience as his home state continues to rebuild following the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian earlier this year. Kelley debuted “Florida Strong” on Friday (November 18), an empowering song that serves as a way to raise money for the American Red Cross and the Florida Disaster Fund.

Kelley, from Ormond Beach, Florida, released the tribute to his home state and will donate 100% of the royalties equally between the two organizations to support hurricane relief through the end of the year, according to a press release announcing the heartfelt single.

“‘Cause we love where we live / And we ain’t goin’ at it alone / We got each others’ backs / We are Florida strong”

“My home state of Florida has recently been in the path of life changing and devastating Hurricanes. I was raised to know that everyone in Florida are neighbors and we help when and however we can,” Kelley reflected in an Instagram caption earlier this week. “I remember sitting at home in the panhandle a couple days after Ian came through Ft. Myers and other communities in Florida praying for recovery and wanting to help. I was sitting at our kitchen table and next thing I knew a song fell out. I am so grateful for my own outlet especially in moments like these. Florida Strong is coming out this Friday! All proceeds are going to [American Red Cross] and The Florida Disaster Fund. Let’s help build back Florida to the place we all know and love!”
