Johnston-Grimes Firefighters Taking Donations for Toys for Tots Drive

(Polk County, IA) -- The Johnston-Grimes Fire Department is collecting toy donations this holiday season.

Toys can be dropped off at the following locations:

• Fire Station 37 at 200 S James Street in Grimes while staff is at the station
• Fire Station 38 at 10225 NW 62nd Avenue in Johnston while the staff is present
• Fire Station 39 at 6373 Merle Hay Road in Johnston available 24/7

The kinds of toys requested include new toys of $10 or more, books, homemade toys, and unwrapped toys. The toys will be donated to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program.
