Chef Visoth Tarak Ouk known as Chef T hasn't had the easiest life. He was able to turn his tragedy into passion. He is now a successful chef with an extensive food history. He is the author of Kreoung Cooking with Chef T and wants to share his passion for cambodian food with the world!
