This MMA Fighter Just Choked Another Fighter To Sleep During Interview

Who the hell is in charge of the Hardcore Fighting Championship because this is nuts! This was a pre-interview to a fight and how the hell do you sit the opponents that close to each other? I can't believe this dude got away with it, I just know that whenever the fight would be I would throw all the rules out the window and make sure I beat the hell out of this dude.
