Kelly Clarkson caught Danielle Bradbery’s attention after putting her own spin on the spicy anthem, “A Special Place,” which the The Voice alum unleashed several months ago. Clarkson covered it during the latest Kellyoke segment on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Wednesday (May 3).
“This is so cool!!” Bradbery gushed as she retweeted The Kelly Clarkson Show’s clip of the performance. “Thanks y’all.”
Maren Morris, Shane McAnally, Sasha Alex Sloan, and Jimmy Robbins teamed up to write “A Special Place,” which released in September 2022. Bradbery said at the time, as she looked ahead to a new chapter in her career, that she’s “always so pumped to share what I’ve been working on. Like I said before, I’m just so ready for y’all to hear this era of music so let it begin!!”
