DJ Drama Reportedly Got His Chains Snatched After Alleged Violent Incident

DJ Drama was reportedly robbed during an alleged violent altercation while he was in Canada.

According to a video that was posted on Sunday, June 11, a trio of men claimed to be the ones who stole chains from Drama during an event the I'm Really Like That artist was hosting at Century nightclub on Saturday night. In the video, we can see the masked men holding up what appears to be Drama's Generation Now chain and pendent while shouting out Drake.

"That's what you f**king get for not checking in," the man in the video said. "Shout out boy Drizzy, eh. Triple Gs, you know how we rock."

There's no actual footage of the alleged robbery and there's no evidence to suggest Drake had anything to do with the incident. It's possible the alleged robbers were confused about Drake's stance on Drama. The two had issues after rumors swirled that Drama was the one who told Meek Mill that Drake used a ghostwriter to make his "R.I.C.O." verse in 2015, which sparked Meek and Dizzy's infamous beef. After Meek and Drake called a truce in 2018, the Canadian rapper eventually let bygones be bygones especially after Drizzy teamed up with Drama's artist Jack Harlow for "Churchill Downs" last year.

"We gotta stop this narrative lol," Drama tweeted in response to a fan who brought up their past beef. "Me & Drake been put that to rest. Grown men s**t, and beyond that Jack & Drake cultivated they own relationship. Now erybody go stream that ‘Churchill Downs’!"
