Kristen Brust, Jana Kramer Talk Babies, Pregnancy On New Podcast Episode

The latest episode of Whine Down with Jana Kramer featured a special guest during the podcast recording: Kristen Brust’s newborn daughter, Lion Lockheart.
Brust and her husband, LOCASH star Preston Brust, welcomed Baby No. 3 on Friday, June 9. Lion was born at 2:22 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 20 inches long, in Nashville, Tennessee. They confirmed the news to to PEOPLE on Wednesday (July 14). Lion joins big brother, Legend Wilde, 4, and big sister Love Lily, 7.
“A lot can happen between Whine Down episodes!” Brust gushed as she introduced her baby. She shared that she’s doing well, and that although she “labored a lot longer with her than I did with the other two,” the birth “went really well.”
Kristen also revealed that she and her husband picked the name “Lockheart” because of a trip they took to Paris last year. After “a harder year on marriage,” the couple ventured to Paris, where they “did the lock bridge and we threw away the key and we’ve just been really working super hard, so we feel like she is a redemption story for a lot of that. She just carries a big meaning.”
Kristen wrote in a heartwarming Instagram post with PEOPLE's photos that Lion Lockheart’s name “means peaceful power + redemption in so many ways to us. her namesake, a heartbeat only Heaven gets to hear. her spirit is so special + we are soaked in absolute gratitude. …our littlest girl is magic. we are so in love.”
The podcast host also noted that, at the time the episode posted, Jana Kramer is 17 weeks into her pregnancy with Baby No. 3, her first with fiancé Allan Russell. Though Kramer admitted to feelings of nausea during her pregnancy, she said she’s “very excited” to welcome her baby. “I’m very happy.”
“I didn't think it would ever happen again, if I'm being honest. I've been through a lot, so this has just been a really beautiful thing,” Kramer said in an interview with PEOPLE when she announced her pregnancy. “I’m letting it all sink in. It's everything I've wanted and more. Allan was so sweet. He wrote me this little sticky note saying, 'You deserve the happy ending.’”
Kramer’s third baby will join big sister Jolie, 7, and big brother Jace, 4, Kramer’s children from her previous marriage. She and Russell announced that they’re expecting their first child together shortly after announcing their engagement after about six months of dating.
The rest of the Whine Down with Jana Kramer episode featured a conversation with Kendra Wilkinson (The Girls Next Door, Kendra Sells Hollywood), speaking “her difficult life experiences and how she overcame depression after her divorce,” reads the episode’s description. “We hear her wild stories from life in the Playboy Mansion and how she shifted everything to become a real estate agent in competitive Los Angeles.”
