Lady A Teases Emotional New Love Song About 'Pivotal Relationship Moment'

Lady A is teasing a new song and it looks like it's going to be another emotional one.

The trio shared a snippet of their upcoming song to Instagram on Wednesday (July 26), a track aptly titled "A Love Song" that reflects on whether a relationship is getting serious or if they should part ways. The teaser comes weeks after the band teased another song that they are "amped up about," sharing a sneak peek of an unreleased ballad called "Love You Back" that has an "old-school Lady A feel."

According to the post's caption, "It's about that pivotal relationship moment if you're going to dig in and make it work or head separate ways."

In the short teaser, Hillary Scott sings about wanting to "talk about holidays and baby names" while still "falling in [and] falling out" of a relationship, begging for the relationship to be serious and to be a long song that lasts forever.

"Why can't we be a long song that lasts 'til the end of time? The kind that walks you down the aisle, never gets old, always makes you smile, greatest story told, gets the world singing along," the band sings. "Why can't we be a long song?"
