Danielle Bradbery Unveils Fresh New Hair Color & Instagram Is 'OBSESSED'

Danielle Bradbery debuted her freshly-dyed brunette locks in the latest selfie she posted on Instagram on Monday evening (August 14), writing in her caption: “Out with the old, in with the new 😏💇🏽‍♀️”

Bradbery, known for her long blonde hair, is opting for a shorter cut and a darker color that her social media followers are already “obsessed” with, many wrote in the comments. Abby Smyers — wife of Dan Smyers, one half of award-winning duo Dan + Shay — wrote in all caps, “YES MAAM,” and other Instagram users exclaimed, “THE DARK HAIR IM OBSESSED,” “GORGEOUS! Looks so good! 🔥🔥🔥,” “BRUNETTE ERA DB 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” and “HERE FOR THIS!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” among many others.

The fresh look comes as Bradbery is working on her next era of music. The “A Special Place” star, 27, appeared on the latest episode of Whine Down With Jana Kramer, telling host Jana Kramer that she plans to release another song “soon.” Bradbery, who won The Voice at age 16, also said that she's been in and out of the studio with hopes of releasing her next full-length project soon, calling the collection of work “more ‘me’ than ever.”

“This music, I think, is a little bit of a different approach than I’ve done with other songs,” Bradbery told iHeartRadio of the music fans can expect to hear in the next chapter of her career. “The honesty, the vulnerability, just all of that is always the same and I try to hit every time.

“I think I finally feel like as an artist, as a woman in country, I feel like I’m finally settling into what Danielle Bradbery’s music sounds like and what I wanna say. So, this next chapter of music I’m very, very proud of,” continued Bradbery, now 26, who launched her career at age 16 after her victory on The Voice. “I try to pick things and write things that are from different perspectives and maybe in ways that people haven’t heard before through music. …I’m really excited about it all.”
