Police Issue Citation To Driver With Bull Riding Shotgun

In Nebraska, officers got calls from several people about a vehicle with a cow inside. According to the Norfolk police captain, they thought it would be something small like a calf, but when they found the car they discovered it was a full size bull named Howdy Doody. The owner Lee Meyer was given a warning and asked to take the bull back home. Howdy Doody is a hometown celebrity that often appears in parades.
