Jo Dee Messina revealed the first group of dates on her “Heads Carolina, Tails California Tour” in 2024 in an announcement on Monday (November 6). The iconic country star is set to take the stage in Florida, Ohio, Iowa, Tennessee and other destinations, and promised that there would be “many more (tour dates) to come!

“Heads Carolina, tails California/ Somewhere greener, somewhere warmer/ Up in the mountains, down by the ocean/ Where it don't matter, long as we're goin’/ Somewhere together, I've got a quarter/ Heads Carolina, tails California”

Messina’s headlining tour was made with inspiration from her smash-hit single, “Heads Carolina, Tails California.” Messina revived the mid-90s anthem when she joined award-winning country star Cole Swindell on a remix of “She Had Me At Heads Carolina,” a nod to Messina’s hit. Messina is also known for career-spanning hits like “Bye-Bye,” “I’m Alight,” “Lesson In Leavin’,” “Because You Love Me” and others. Most recently, Messina released “Just To Be Loved” over the summer, an upbeat single with a heartfelt message: “You're loved just the way you are/ Beautiful just the way you are/ Don't change who you really are/ Just to be loved …Well, you're perfect, you're priceless/ There's nobody that can deny it/ Don't be somebody you're not/ Just to be loved.”
