Maddie & Tae's Taylor Kerr Shares Heartwarming Mother-Daughter Moments

Taylor Kerr and her husband, Josh Kerr, shared sweet tributes to their young daughter to celebrate her second birthday. The Maddie & Tae star and the musician-songwriter welcomed Leighton Grace Kerr on January 17, 2022.
Taylor shared a few mother-daughter photos on Instagram on Thursday (January 18). She wrote in her caption that Leighton Grace “has brightened our world more than we ever thought possible. She loves reading, dancing, singing, watching Moana, eating strawberries and snuggling her momma & dada. We are so blessed!”
Josh posted a few photos and a video on Instagram of Leighton Grace with her birthday cake. He shared: “2 years ago today you came into this world and it won’t ever be the same. You’re sweet, smart, wild, kind, funny and the only 2 year old I know that would start her own ‘happy birthday’ song. Even though I tell you every day (and you can’t read this yet) being your dad is the best and I love you soooo much 💜”
The Kerrs announced their daughter’s early arrival in January 2022. From Day 1, they said Leighton Grace was “beautiful, strong and everything we have ever dreamed of. she decided to be a Capricorn like her daddy. we already can’t wait for the day we get to finally take her home 💜.” Leighton Grace was born at 2 pounds, 5 ounces. She spent 53 days in the NICU before she returned home.
Maddie & Tae — which also includes duo partner Maddie Font, who welcomed a baby in 2023 — shared a birthday tribute to Leighton Grace when she celebrated her first birthday last year.
