Brad Paisley Reminds TikTok Of A Throwback Moment With Carrie Underwood

Brad Paisley reminded his TikTok followers of his 2011 duet with Carrie Underwood.

Paisley teamed up with the powerhouse singer-songwriter — and former CMA Awards co-host — to release “Remind Me” more than a decade ago. The ballad appeared on This Is Country Music, Paisley’s ninth full-length studio album that made its debut that year. It also included the title track, “Old Alabama,” and other highlights. Paisley posted a one-minute clip from the “Remind Me” music video on TikTok on Tuesday morning (January 30), wanting to know, “what is your favorite line from this song?”

Some TikTokers chimed in with “If you still love me/ Don’t just assume I know,” “I felt bad cause you missed your flight/ But that meant we had one more night,” “That look in your eyes that I miss so much,” and other lines from the song in the comments.

Paisley has reminisced on a few other eras in his career on TikTok, including a throwback to Taylor Swift’s appearance in his “Online” music video (along with fellow country star Kellie Pickler), a clip from a previous CMA Awards when he hosted the show with Underwood, and more. He and the “Ghost Story” star hilariously reunited during her headlining “Denim & Rhinestones Tour” stop last year in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Paisley surprised the audience, and the duo performed an original duet with references to their CMA hosting days (with references to recent hosts Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning), and “Remind Me.”

Paisley is gearing up for his “Son Of The Mountains World Tour,” in preparation for the release of his next full-length album. He previously shared Son Of The Mountains: The First Four Tracks, including “So Many Summers” “Same Here” featuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, “The Medicine Will” and the title track. Paisley will also play the annual Country To Country festival, which also includes Kane Brown, Carly Pearce, Jake Owen, Old Dominion, Brothers Osborne and others.
