Bank Gets $50 Million in Mayor Eric Adams Migrant Deal

It has recently been reported that Mayor Adams is distributing pre-paid cash cards to migrants, providing them with unrestricted access to up to $10,000 of taxpayer funds without any form of identification verification. Now, it seems that a bank is also profiting from this arrangement.
