Former Federal Prosecutor Will Scharf on Donald Trump Victim or Perpetrator

Will Scharf is a former federal prosecutor, policy director for the governor of Missouri, and candidate for Attorney General of Missouri. Here's my question for him, which I ask in the full understanding that Will worked closely with the Trump administration and is a supporter of Donald Trump's: In the various lawsuits against Donald Trump, is he a victim? Or a perpetrator, or something in between?
