Get Ready for Kitten Season with the Kitten Lady

Calling all cat lovers!
Kitten season is right around the corner there is no better time to learn how you can help.
Pasadena Humane is getting ready for its annual influx of kittens by hosting a kitten shower with award winning kitten rescuer, humane educator, and New York Times bestselling author Hannah Shaw, known as the Kitten Lady.
Event activities include two Fostering and Kitten Care workshops hosted by the Kitten Lady herself, a Kitten naming station, as well as a raffle and sign-ups for those interested in becoming kitten foster families. Guests are also encouraged to donate items from the kitten shower wish list to help the shelter in lifesaving efforts.
The kitten shower will help provide food and supplies for hundreds of orphaned kittens. The shelter also hopes to sign up new foster families open to caring for kittens. These families raise kittens until they are old enough to be spayed or neutered, then adopted.
The shower is open to all and will take place at the shelter this Sunday, March 24 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance for $35. VIP-level tickets are also available and include a meet-and-greet with Kitten Lady. You can find tickets at the Pasadena Humane website.
