Kourtney Kardashian is getting real about her postpartum journey and feelings about her post-baby body.

The Poosh founder took to Instagram over the weekend to share behind-the-scenes snapshots of the photoshoot for promotional billboards advertising season five of The Kardashians. In the post, which gave a look at the mom-of-four wearing a floor-length, long-sleeved tan dress, she opened up about how she wasn't "feeling quite ready" to be in full glam in front of the camera just a few months after welcoming her son, Rocky, whom she shares with husband Travis Barker.

"I was 3 months postpartum and not feeling quite ready for a big shoot like this where there's lots and lots of people watching me all day," she said. "And even though my baby boy was with me all day on set it's not the same when I'm covered in makeup, in high heels and wearing a dress versus our snuggly days at home in pajamas."

However, she has been working at better appreciating how much time she is able to spend with Rocky while still being a working mother.

"But something I've been doing lately is shifting my mind set and thinking of the positives! I am so blessed to be able to bring my baby to work," she said. "How fun to get to be glammed up when I've been home for months in pajamas. How blessed to get to work alongside my sisters and mom...we really have so much fun together! What a beautiful life!"

Kardashian and Barker welcomed Rocky, their first child together, in November 2023, adding their son to their large blended family. Kardashian is also a mother to three children with her ex Scott Disick, 14-year-old Mason, 11-year-old Penelope and 9-year-old Reign, while Barker shares two children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 20-year-old Landon and 18-year-old Alabama. He has also remained close to his former stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, Moakler's 25-year-old daughter with Oscar De La Hoya.
