Paul Ryan, a prominent member of the Fox Corporation Board of Directors, has publicly declared his refusal to support former President Donald Trump in any future elections, emphasizing a deep concern over character issues and leadership style.

During a session at the Milken Institute Global Conference, Ryan articulated his stance, aligning it with his broader "worries" about the state of democracy both in the United States and globally. He stressed the internal challenges of polarization and the external pressures from authoritarian regimes.

This isn't the first time Ryan has opted to write in another Republican candidate instead of supporting Trump, highlighting a consistent pattern, albeit maybe not an effective one, in his political conduct and viewpoint.

Ryan's role at Fox Corporation and his influential position on its board bring an additional layer of significance to his statements, especially considering Fox's substantial impact on American political discourse.
