BML Thursday: The Waffle Commission

The Brevard County commission is again reversing a decision they had supposedly made. It’s a pattern with this clown show: make a decision, take some flak, reconsider and vote again. This time it’s about public comment. While they were at it, they redefined capitol expenses, made them advertising and approved the $5min TDC funds for Brightline welfare.
We’ll start our day In a Handbasket with gender wars. There are places to fight this battle: locker rooms, the field or court of competition, in the halls of government. But there are some fights that just belittle the cause. One female “athlete” is taking a stand when she should just sit down and shut up.
Illegal immigrants are learning from the events at America’s colleges. They have occupied Denver and they are making demands.
The US House stopped Marjorie Taylor Greene’s attempt to remove Speaker Mike Johnson. That was a smart move. But, there was another useless, grandstanding bill filed that is nothing more than a showboat wasting time.
