BML Friday: Biology, Criminology & Reality

May 10, 2024

It’s been an interesting week. Yesterday’s TalkBack poll brought plenty of commentary on candidate interviews. Yes, there’s value, but there is also an element of doubt or suspicion. It’s understandable. Maybe that’s what we take from the poll, do the best to bring certainty from the interviews. I did not take calls on the poll while it was under way, but will let you weigh in on the idea today.

Our day begins with biological reality- only mothers can breastfeed. There is no room for dudes in this activity. Yet, a breastfeeding charity (who knew it needed one?) is taking a stand for men as capable of the task.

An Arizona State student, set to graduate, won’t be. She’s distraught at that. Bless her heart, she just hasn’t learned anything.

CNN, much like the NY Times in our Wednesday discussion, has a message for President Biden. Is the media actually learning a lesson?

Lastly on my mind today, I’m wondering why folks without religious conviction go to work for religious institutions and then wonder why they lose their jobs while flaunting their disagreement.
