Have you ever heard the cliche, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder?" This popular statement is used to convey that one might see beauty in something another does not. A prime example of this would be a town. Someone might think that a particular town is the greatest place to live in all the world, while another is totally unaware of how special it is. People's opinions are directly related to preference and experience.

Given the above information, there is one town in each state that was perhaps overlooked by many the first time around. This town holds the reputation of the "most underrated town" in the entire state because of how special it came to be in the eyes of visitors across the globe despite not being the most popular destination for travelers.

According to a list compiled by Cheapism, the most underrated town in all of Pennsylvania is Doylestown.

Here's what Cheapism had to say about the most underrated town in Pennsylvania:

"The crown jewel of Bucks County, Doylestown and its impressive Doylestown Cultural District offer a vast menu of art, theaters, dining, nightlife, and history. Part of the Bird Town Pennsylvania conservation cooperative, Doylestown works with several groups to preserve the region's environment. The safe, vibrant community is also a quick drive away from the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia."
