Join me for a family fun day at the East LA Wellness Move & Groove Event! I'll be hosting along with the Eastern Los Angeles Family Resource Center at the East LA Civic Center & will take place on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We will have live music, including a mariachi band, games, food, resources & fun events!
Our goal is simple: to bring together individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, along with their families, caregivers, neighbors, and friends, for a day filled with connection, learning, and joy. Discover local mental health and wellness services, engage in interactive activities and demonstrations, and embrace the spirit of community as we promote a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being.
