Graceland Set for Foreclosure Auction

A piece of music history is up for sale. 

According to a legal notice, Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley, is set for foreclosure auction this Thursday, but there is pushback.

A notice for the sale of Graceland and the acres surrounding the property going to the highest bidder. 

On May 15, Elvis' granddaughter, Riley Keough, filed a lawsuit against Nausanny Investments as a fraud, and her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, didn't sign any paperwork for a sale. and has been granted a temporary restraining order to stop the sale. 

Graceland averages 600,000 visitors every year and was recently named the most popular museum in the U.S.
